Norma J. Silfen is a Senior Associate at the Firm. Ms. Silfen is involved in all aspects of the Firm’s construction practice, including contract review and mechanic’s liens, and also oversees the Firm’s residential real estate matters and collection matters for various businesses.

She is a 1988 graduate from Brooklyn Law School and a 1983 graduate from Barnard College, Columbia University.
